— Terms and Conditions —

Blue Sky Sports Club may cancel or reschedule a booking without prior notice in any of the following circumstances (we will notify you immediately once any of the following conditions are met):

• Any group course will have fewer than 8 participants.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted 2 hours before the scheduled time, the activity will be postponed.
• If a Typhoon No. 3 or above is declared during the course/trip, the activity will be terminated immediately.
• When a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is declared 2 hours before the booked session, the booked activity will be postponed.
• If a red or black rainstorm signal is announced during the course/tour, the activity will be terminated immediately.
• If our instructors judge that the water conditions are unsafe, our instructors have the right to decide whether to cancel or continue the lesson. All students are expected to follow the instructions of the instructors. Swimming without permission is not allowed.

Under the above conditions, refunds/reschedules can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

However, the course/trip will proceed as originally planned if any of the following conditions are met:

• Classes and activities will be held as scheduled 2 hours after the black or red rainstorm signal is cancelled.
• Courses may be resumed 2 hours after the cancellation of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, depending on the sea conditions on that day. In these cases, participants can contact Blue Sky Sports Club for confirmation.
• When the Observatory hoists a thunderstorm warning, yellow rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 1 during or before a class, classes and activities will be held as scheduled.
