The evening offers lots of fun for everyone, like a snow disco, ice bar, mini snowmobile rides for kids, a mystical workshop, fortune-telling by a Shaman, and a visit to a stunning snow hotel with amazing ice sculptures. And the best part? Spectacular fireworks light up the sky to end the night!

- Arrival: Party Starter -drinks (1 x drink in the ice bar + 1 glass of sparkling wine, more drinks are possible to purchase at the bar) and free time to explore the venue. Traditional arctic shaman telling the fortune. Mini snowmobile, tobogganing, mystical workshop and other snow fun for children. ** Remember to see the spectacular sauna made entirely of ice!

- Please note that this tour is operated in Rovaniemi on New Year's Eve.
- Please note that the event takes place predominantly outdoors and the temperatures can vary from 0 to -35 Celsius; we strongly recommend to check the forecast and dress up accordingly. Thermal clothing is included in the program. Those who wish to take thermal clothing, should pick them up by 18:00 from Safartica Office and return them the next day by 16:00. Winter clothing include thermal overall, winter boots, woollen socks, woollen scarf, beanie and gloves.
- Transfers are included in specific accommodations only. Those accommodating in the city center the meeting place is Safartica office in the city center (Koskikatu 9).
- Meeting time is always before the party starts, you will receive your meeting time and point upon confirmation. The busses leave as scheduled, so please be on time not to miss the party.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 2 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
