During the actual trip of this product, without reducing the number of attractions/venues and with your consent, the tour staff and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary according to weather, traffic and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of sightseeing/visiting attractions/venues, changing the meeting time, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the trip; the tour guide and driver may make reasonable arrangements for the itinerary including the order of sightseeing according to the business hours of the merchants to better meet your travel experience.

If the free items in the itinerary cannot be given due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, or if you cannot visit due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. You are not allowed to leave the group early or midway during non-free activities.

During the tour, if force majeure causes the scenic spot/venue to be unable to play/visit normally, the service staff can cancel or replace the scenic spot/venue according to the actual situation after reaching an agreement with you, or refund the fee on site according to the ticket price in the travel product (the refund is not based on the listed price of the scenic spot/venue). If the necessary expenses deducted in the cancellation policy are lower than the actual expenses incurred, the tourist shall pay the actual expenses incurred, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total travel expenses.
