The Hunan Museum houses a rich collection of cultural relics, with the Mawangdui Han Tombs artifacts being particularly unique. The Mawangdui Han Tombs exhibition is a permanent display at the Hunan Museum, featuring items such as the cicada-thin plain silk garment, perfectly preserved printed silk robes, various delicate and beautiful embroideries, lustrous painted lacquerware, and exquisite, detailed silk paintings.
The Hunan Provincial Museum has a rich collection of cultural relics, especially the Mawangdui Han Tomb cultural relics are very unique. The Mawangdui Han Tomb display is the basic display of the Hunan Provincial Museum. On display are plain gauze singles as thin as cicada wings, intact printed cotton robes, various fine and beautiful embroideries, brightly painted lacquerware, and exquisitely detailed painted silk paintings, etc. .
