- The tour fee includes: A local driver, a fluent Chinese tour guide, tips, lunch, all tickets specified in the itinerary, and round-trip transportation expenses

- Each group has a minimum number of 16 and a maximum of 44 participants. If the group cannot be formed, a notification would be sent 3 working days before departure to arrange another departure date
- Participants 3 years old and above are charged as adults, and children below 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. Each departure group can only have 1 free quota

The venue may be under maintenance or closed due to the circumstances of the day, and the organizer has the right to decide. In case of such a situation, the company will not be responsible or compensate
If the peach picking is unavailable due to weather or other natural factors, each guest will be gifted five peaches instead
P.Atteuil might be closed or go through maintenance on the day of the tour. Refund will be made in this case
If the restaurant is temporarily closed on the day, full-house, or the group is unable to dine due to other factors, other lunch arrangements will be made instead
In case of raining, Starlight Garden OOOZOOO might not turn on the light facilities at night. Tickets will be returned to the guests
There are certain risks and potential dangers in outdoor activities. When participating in any activities included in the tour group or provided during the journey, please evaluate own health or ability before participation. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel only undertake the obligation to rescue with all their strength, and the company and its members do not bear any responsibility for the injured or casualties.
Every participant will receive a bottle of Korean high-grade deep water.

Due to the limited quantity and style of the complimentary breakfast and drinks, selection is not available. For special needs, such as vegetarian food or food allergies, please prepare your own meals. Children who do not occupy a seat are not eligible for this discount. For guests who want to change their tour, the following surcharges will apply: - If done within 5 days before departure, half of the tour fee will be charged - If done within 10 days before departure, a handling fee of HK$200 will be charged - If done within 14 days before departure, a handling fee of HK$100 will be charged
Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before. To avoid delay, no refund would be given to latecomers or no-shows
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
