5:30pm: The cyclo rider picks you up at the meeting point and take you experiencing Nha Trang food with “Can” cake - Banh can: Sitting around the warm fire of coal brazier, watching the cook skillfully pouring flour into molds.
Or “Pho”, one of the Vietnamese traditional food, the combination of broth, rice noodles (Bánh Phở), some kinds of herbs, and beef or chicken. A perfect combination for this dish
Next dish with Avocado Ice-cream, a dessert worth trying with avocado and coconut milk, added with the sweetness from vanilla ice cream on top and sprinkled with shredded coconut flakes. The avocado ice-cream here is quite delicious, a must-try dessert!
