- Ensure you have your passport or photo ID with you.
- You can pick up your SIM card at the XL Axiata Booth located in the International Arrival Hall of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
- Activation Process -
- Please note: due to the Indonesian Government’s policy, you need to submit personal data (IMEI and passport details) in advance as a requirement to activate the SIM Card. Not providing data in advance, may cause an activation process of 10 minutes on-site.
- To expedite and streamline the registration process (taking approximately 5 minutes), please submit your phone's IMEI, passport photo, and phone type at least 1 day prior to your chosen date. You can submit these details via Google Form after making a purchase on KKday.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
