Since all reservations are requested in real time, customer reservations may be canceled if the date selected by the customer is fully booked and closed.

This service is applicable to all weather conditions (except special warnings, such as typhoons and heavy snow)
In the event of special warning weather, the charter service may be canceled. If the service is cancelled, we will contact you one day before the charter date.
The itinerary route and time are subject to change and adjustment due to weather, traffic conditions or other special factors on the day.
If the attractions are closed due to bad weather or other force majeure factors on the day of the itinerary, the driver will make alternative suggestions and adjust the itinerary, but cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
The charter service time is 8 hours * 3 days, including the time when the guest is late. If the trip is overtime due to personal reasons during the trip, additional overtime fees will be paid.
The driver will inform you of the exact reception time in advance. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 to 15 minutes before the reception time.
If there are special circumstances in the scenic spots visited on the day of the itinerary that require the driver to purchase a ticket to enter, the driver will not enter the scenic spot and will wait at the agreed location. We apologize for your understanding.
The staff will notify you 3 days in advance via SNS (Line / Whatsapp / Wechat / Kaokao ID (if you choose Line, please make sure the ID is set to be public, it is recommended to use Whatsapp)), and plan your itinerary and suggestions in advance.
