The free offer of one-way ferry tickets to Macao is available from May 1 until December 31, 2025, to encourage international visitors in Hong Kong to extend their trip to Macao. With their valid travel documents along with boarding passes, electronic tickets or transportation receipts which indicate their arrival to Hong Kong within seven (7) days before their intended trip to Macao, international visitors can book ferry tickets for free.

*The offer is not available for those from mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan.

1. International visitors holding valid foreign travel documents, who present their boarding passes, flight electronic tickets or receipts for transportation (departure port cannot be Macau) at designated Cotai Water Jet ticketing counter within seven (7) days upon their arrivals to the Hong Kong SAR, are entitled to receive a complimentary Cotai Class one-way ferry ticket from Hong Kong to Macau (“Ticket”).
2. This Offer does not apply to the Passenger who holds either Hong Kong Identify Card, Macau Resident Identity Card, Taiwan travel documents, Exit-entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP), the People's Republic of China passport, Hong Kong SAR passport, Macau SAR passport or British National (Overseas) visa.
3. Ticket is applicable to the route from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) to Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal only.
4. Ticket sailing day must be within seven (7) days from the date of arrival at Hong Kong SAR as printed on the boarding pass, flight electronic ticket or receipts for transportation presented by Passenger.
5. Passengers must present their valid foreign travel document, along with the aforesaid boarding pass, flight electronic ticket or receipts for transportation, for verification when redeeming the Ticket and boarding the ferry. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of this Offer.
6. For verification and statistical purposes, Passengers are required to provide their name, year of birth, place of issue of travel document and country of departure.
7. Each boarding pass/flight electronic ticket/receipt for transportation can only be redeemed a Ticket once and for Passenger's personal use only.
8. All sailings must be completed on or before 31 December 2025.
