Experience the sizzling, saucy, and sensational Argentine folkloric dance sensation, Malevo. This all-male troupe brings a contemporary take on the traditional Malambo, a folk dance with roots in the Gauchos' culture of the Pampas region in Argentina.
Created by director, choreographer, and dancer Matías Jaime, Malevo's performances are characterized by high-energy dance routines that fuse Malambo with flamenco and urban percussion. The pulsating rhythm of drums accompanies dynamic choreography that includes the use of boleadoras, traditional hunting tools.
