During the Xinjiang Silk Road journey, the train will travel more than 3,300 kilometers, providing a comfortable and stable railway journey. New Oriental Express's more than 80 employees are on call 24 hours a day to provide a full range of considerate services. All-inclusive shuttle buses in the scenic area reduce walking time. Special personnel will transport large luggage to and from the train. 2-way inland flight to and from Beijing/Urumqi. Feel the return of spring from March to April. Arrange medical staff to accompany the group to take care of emergencies.
Appropriate and valid travel documents must be provided when registering: Home Return Permit (name in Chinese and English, certificate number, validity period, and date of birth). All entry and exit, visas, isolation, quarantine, and vaccines are subject to local and Hong Kong SAR government announcements. Since the trip involves border control areas, you need to apply for a group border control permit; the supplier will contact the customer to fill out the relevant border control application form and return it 45 days before departure for unified planning.
Once ordered, changes, cancellations, refunds and transfers cannot be made. If the order is not fully booked or the order cannot be confirmed due to unforeseen circumstances, the supplier will respond within 5 working days (calculated based on the customer's order date).
Regarding the price adjustment of "airline fuel surcharge" and "airport tax", please refer to the announcement of the airline. All fees must be paid in full before departure. If you refuse to make up the difference, the company will treat it as giving up the departure.
Guests who do not have a return permit and hold a foreign passport need to apply for a visa by themselves. Guests who fail to apply for visas before departure are responsible for their own responsibility.
The above tour fee does not include guest travel insurance. Guests are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance by themselves.
Flights and hotels are subject to the tour group gathering information issued 3-5 days before departure. (The date and time of the tea party will be notified to guests via email)
The tour leader will usually contact you by phone 1-2 days before departure.
In the event of local peak seasons or special circumstances such as exhibitions/special festivals/events, any changes to the itinerary, meal content and accommodation will be subject to the supplier/local reception arrangements.

In the event of force majeure, the trip will be canceled and all decisions shall be subject to the supplier.
