👉 The final reservation with the golf course will be processed, and the following cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's policy.

🔵 If your selected golf tee time is unavailable
👉 We will notify you of alternative available tee times via text message or notification service.
👉 If you wish to use the alternative tee time provided, please confirm within 10 minutes.
(Due to real-time booking, responses after 10 minutes may result in the tee time becoming unavailable.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the final reservation will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter.
(If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be cancelled without any cancellation fees.)

- This booking is for 18 holes.
- A minimum of 2 people is required to book.
- Please enter the English names of all participants as they appear on their passports when booking.
- After booking, tee time confirmation and customer support will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
- The tee time provided is based on real-time availability. You must confirm within 10 minutes to finalize your booking.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time on the day of your visit.
- You can use the facility after presenting your voucher and confirming your booking details in English at the golf course check-in counter.
- Please write your name in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
- If you wish to play additional rounds, you may inquire and pay individually at the golf course check-in counter.
- For 2-person rounds, you may be paired with another group. A private 2-person round cannot be guaranteed.
- At Thai golf courses, a caddie tip is required in addition to the caddie fee. The caddie tip is typically at least THB 300 for 18 holes and should be paid in cash to the caddie after the round.
- The golf course used may change depending on local conditions on the day of your visit.
- Due to golf course policies or local conditions, your booked tee time may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not permitted.
- If you are unable to complete your round due to personal reasons, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
[Information Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters]
- Golf courses generally continue operations even when it rains.
- In most cases, play continues after waiting out temporary squalls. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not permitted.
- You must visit the course and follow the specific operating policies of each golf course (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).
