- Bookings with fewer than 3 passengers may be rescheduled to another time or date
- All passengers are required to sign a waiver before boarding their flight
- For safety, please provide accurate weight information during booking. Incorrect data may lead to admission refusal without refunds
- All passengers will be weighed at check-in to ensure the total group weight stays under the 1255 lbs (569 kg, or 89 stones) limit for the entire flight
- Please note that the seaplane ride has a maximum weight limit of 260 lbs (117 kg or 18 stones) per person. Passengers exceeding this weight must purchase two seats
- Any rescheduling request with less than 48 hours notice
- Specific seat requests are not allowed, as seating arrangements adhere to safety protocols
- Children under the age of 3 receive free admission if they do not occupy separate seats. Please indicate the number and age of children in the "Note" section when booking
- Infants are allowed on board, but the local operator provides limited-ear protection headsets for them. It is advisable for parents to bring their own noise-canceling headsets or earplugs for their infants
- Please note that children under age 18 must be traveling with an adult
- Please evaluate your health condition before booking. If you proceed despite being ineligible, the supplier may decline service without refunds
- This tour may be affected by weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. The itinerary may be adjusted, canceled, extended, or shortened by the tour staff due to weather or force majeure
- If adverse weather or force majeure results in tour cancellation or changes to the take-off time, suitable arrangements will be made for you

Seaplane experience is not available on the national holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas day
On the day of the tour, travelers may be required to present their ID documents (such as passport or ID card) for identity verification. Please carry your ID documents with you at all times in case such a situation arises

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
