- Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to tour
- Travellers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times
- The minimum tour departure is 4 people. If we make a reservation for less than three people, the departure is not confirmed., and we will inform you again when the reservation is confirmed. If it is not possible to recruit departures, we will contact you 7 days before departure and give you a full refund

Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 10:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women, Heart disease
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Large suitcases are not allowed. Each household or group can only carry 1 backpack.
Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
For everyone's safety and to ensure you don't miss any highlights, please do not wander off on your own during the tour

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 20 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 19 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
