Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance and no last-minute reservations are allowed. Once the group is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
The price for children over 9 years old is the same as that for adults; the price for children aged 5 to 8 years old is 75% of the adult price; children aged 3 years old (under 100 cm in height) are free (excluding attraction tickets).
The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 1 day before the departure date.

Ba Na Mountain has a unique climate with four seasons in one day. Please prepare warm clothes and rain gear (raincoat) for travel activities.
Please wear pants above your knees when visiting temples and pagodas. It is also recommended to bring: sun hat, parasol, sun protection products, sunglasses, cash and other personal items.
This trip does not provide medical services and medicines. Please prepare them in advance if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
