- Actual signal and connection speed of this eSIM may vary with region, terrain, weather, buildings, number of users, network system or device. Where the local network or your phone does not support 5G, it will switch to 4G automatically.

Reminders
Day count: Days are counted from when you arrive in your destination, turn on data roaming and connect successfully. Each day follows the Taiwan-time calendar and ends at midnight (12:00 AM) Taiwan time (UTC+8), not on a 24-hour basis.
Before installing the eSIM, connect to working Wi-Fi or mobile data, then scan the QR code to add the mobile plan. You can install the eSIM before arriving in your destination and activate it when you get there.
Please follow the instructions to install. Do not leave the installation screen midway, or your phone may mistakenly delete the eSIM plan.
Each QR code can be scanned only once, on one phone, and cannot be moved to another phone after binding.
An error message after scanning does not mean the eSIM is invalid. Restart your phone and check under Mobile Service whether the eSIM is bound to your phone, or contact customer service for help. Do not scan any other QR code, as duplicate binding will invalidate the eSIM.
An unscanned eSIM stays valid for 180 days. Once scanned, it must be activated within 30 days, or it will expire automatically with no refund or extension.
On iPhone, please delete any configuration profile (to check: Settings > General > Device Management, scroll to the bottom; if no profile is listed, you are all set) to avoid problems using the eSIM.
No reissue or refund is available if the eSIM plan is deleted before it is used up or without confirmation from customer service.

If the signal is weak, you can switch carriers manually: Network Selection/Carrier > turn off Automatic > choose another carrier from the list.
This product uses an international roaming IP address. Some apps on Android phones may not work due to IP location restrictions (e.g., TikTok, Douyin, Alipay, Gaode Maps, Meituan, Mini Programs, etc.).
If the eSIM does not work when you arrive at your destination, please contact LINE customer service. After-sales support is not available once you have returned home.

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
