- Maya Bay will close every year in August and September due to nature preservation. We will spend longer at other spots for tours during this period
- Tour schedules might differ due to weather and sea conditions. When big waves occur, some spots cannot be visited. This is out of the activity provider's control
- Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in the monsoon season from May until December. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. If conditions are determined to be unsafe, it will be cancelled and you can reschedule or get a full refund
- The plankton swimming and sunset are only possible if you pick an afternoon tour and only with 4, 6, and 7-hour options
- The local Thai captain speaks very basic English, just enough to communicate about the tour
- Monkey sightings are highly likely, but they cannot be guaranteed
- You must arrange your own transport to Koh Phi Phi. An overnight stay is required due to limited transfers
