- Guests can redeem at the KKday office from Monday to Friday from September 18th to 28th.

1. It takes about 45 working days to make the product, and delivery will be arranged as soon as possible after the product is completed.
2. All goods are delivered by SF Express, and the delivery range is limited to Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou, please note.
3. Please check all the ordered items when receiving the items.
4. If you find that the product is damaged (excluding intentional damage), or you need to exchange the product due to factory quality problems, damage or delivery error, and return the product without our confirmation, please notify the KKday customer service hotline on or before October 6, 2023 to arrange replacement of the product, and it can only be done online; peripheral sales offices on the concert day will not be accepted, please note. Return requests made after October 6, 2023, LIVE NATION and KKday will not be accepted.
5. If due to any force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or uncontrollable circumstances), KKday / LIVE NATION cannot accurately provide the goods or services you need, KKday / LIVE NATION will not assume any responsibility or compensation.
6. All product pictures are for reference only, manual measurement, there is an error of about 1-3cm, and the actual product shall prevail. If the customer does not meet the personal preference or the quality is not as ideal, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. LIVE NATION reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions.
