The boatman reserves the right to change or amend the sailing routes for the comfort of our passengers in the event of bumpy sea conditions.
Tour will still proceed in the event of rain , if guest choose to not participate even if the tour is able to proceed will not be entitled to any refunds.
The operation team maintains the right to change routes, timings, and itinerary reserves if conditions beyond their control require it.
In an event of adverse weather during the tour, operation team has the right to cancel and return to Jetty for the safety of all passengers. No refund will be given on this.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
