    • To ensure a smooth and complete trip, it is strongly recommended that you confirm all the details at the time of booking a tour. No additional changes or modifications will be allowed within 30 days before or during the tour. A service charge of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 31 days or more prior to tour departure
    • Under the premise that the promised service and standards remain unchanged, your itinerary may take place alongside another traveler’s itinerary to form a group tour. Depending on the arrival and departure dates, the itinerary sequences may differ

    • Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of travelers in a group. In a group of up to 24 travelers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 travelers, a driver and a tour guide will be provided
    • The local tour company acts only as a tour operator for the owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodation, or other services and is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury, delay or accident due to an act of default of any company engaged in providing services included in these packages
    • In the case of force majeure including but not limited to: inclement weather, traffic accidents, etc., the local tour company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary
    • The local tour company is not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, weather changes, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances that are out of the company’s control
    • Refunds for costs caused by force majeure such as but not limited to: traffic delays, wars, coups, strikes, weather, aircraft machine failures, flight cancellations or changes in time, etc. are excluded

    • If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, or an accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted

    • If you have not received a "Tour Confirmation" 7 days before your trip, please contact KKday customer service

    • Please make sure you always have a valid photo ID (e.g. passport or ID card) for identity verification during the tour

    • All activities must be booked in advance. Please understand that on-site bookings will not be available during the tour

    • Please arrive on time at the pickup locations specified by the tour guide during the tour to avoid delaying other tourists’ itineraries. If you are late or miss the transportation provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location

    • During your trip, the tour guide may pick up or drop off travellers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the on-site situation

    • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you

    • If for any reason you need to leave your group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release"  with no exceptions

    • Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old and above)

    • In the event of traffic or weather conditions or other circumstances not under the local tour company’s control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given

    • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: a specific bed type, vegetarian diet, highchairs, etc.), please indicate in the "Requests & Remarks" section when you book and inform the tour company at least 7 days before your trip. The local tour company will do their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee of it

    • Please provide an active contact number when booking so you can be contacted in the event of emergencies

    • Depending on the different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental charges (including but not limited to: phone calls, laundry, and catering services)

    • Please fill in the drop-off point in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking

    • For environmental protection, hotels in the Rocky Mountain area do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers and combs. Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided

    Cancellation Policy

    • For cancellations made at least 31 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 6% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–30 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
