  • Alcatraz packages cannot be refunded or transferred. Cancellations will not receive any partial or full refunds. All sales are final, without exceptions
  • Once a booking is made, the departure date or time for Alcatraz cannot be changed in any way
  • If a reservation is made before we know the departure time, we will later assign the allotted departure time to that booking. If a customer has already booked but doesn't accept the given departure time later on, no refunds will be provided. If guests arrive at Pier 33 at the wrong time or date or are unable to participate in their Alcatraz trip for any reason, no refunds will be given
  • Alcatraz departure times can range from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We usually prioritize morning to noon times, but the specific times are only known four days in advance
  • Please ensure that guests understand the uncertainty of the Alcatraz departure time
  • This bike tour is suitable for riders aged 13 and above. We can make exceptions for slightly younger children who have the necessary skills and size
  • The tour includes pedal-assist Electric Bikes, which can last approximately 25 miles or more depending on usage
  • At the start of each tour, all guests aged 18 or over must sign a liability waiver
  • Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult. Please consider this before making a booking
  • Travelers must be capable of riding their bikes. Attachments like double trailers and tagalong bikes are not allowed. Please consider this before making a booking
  • The weather in the Bay Area can change quickly, so we have established rain-cancellation procedures to adapt to the unpredictable climate. The local tour operator typically decides on any changes just 30 minutes before a tour, as the weather can quickly shift from rainy to sunny
  • The tour operator will obtain monetary authorization from your credit card and check the corresponding ID before the tour check-in. This authorization will be US$200 per electric bike, with reduced amounts for larger groups
  • Refunds or compensation will not be provided to travelers who leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
