2. New AIRSIM users: Visit the online redemption page to enter the redemption code (10-digit alphanumeric), personal contact details, and mailing address. An AIRSIM (containing HK$20 credit) will be mailed to you within 5 working days. Local delivery in Hong Kong takes approximately 5 working days. You may also choose to collect the card in person at the AIRSIM Causeway Bay Service Center or the AIRSIM Sha Tin Shek Mun office after submitting your application.

AIRSIM Borderless SIM Card Terms and Conditions:
- Each registered email, phone number, and AIRSIM account can receive the reward only once (i.e., the HK$20 credit can only be claimed once). Duplicate applications will not be accepted;
- Failure to redeem before September 30, 2026, will be considered as a forfeiture, and no compensation or re-issuance will be provided;
- Customers who choose to receive an AIRSIM card must download and register the AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App by December 31, 2026, to claim the HK$20 credit. After the initial registration in the AIRSIM App, the AIRSIM account will be valid for one year. The validity period will be automatically extended by one year each time a data package is purchased or a top-up is made;
- Existing customers who choose to receive the AIRSIM HK$20 credit must use the amount before the AIRSIM account expiry date; otherwise, the credit will be forfeited;
- This offer is not applicable to AIRSIM corporate customers;
- Customers applying for a new card can only have it mailed to a Hong Kong address;
