[Terms and Conditions for Upgrading Discounted Tickets]
- On the day of admission, guests using a 1-day discounted ticket can visit the ticket counter at the main entrance before entering the park to upgrade their unused discounted ticket to a full-price 2-day ticket by paying the applicable price difference. The price difference is determined based on the original price of the discounted ticket and the original price of the 2-day ticket at the time of upgrade. To avoid any doubt, only valid and unused discounted tickets upgraded to 2-day tickets can be used for entry to the park on the same day.
- On the day of admission, guests using concessionary tickets can upgrade their tickets to Magic Access by paying the applicable difference through the Hong Kong Disneyland website www.hongkongdisneyland.com (the "Website"). The difference is determined based on the regular price of the concessionary ticket and the regular price of the Magic Access type selected during the upgrade. If the price of the Magic Access is lower than the concessionary ticket, the upgrade will not be refunded. The upgraded Magic Access is valid for one year, calculated from the date of the guest's first admission with the concessionary ticket. The concessionary ticket will be voided and non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the upgrade to Magic Access membership. Upgrades to Magic Access are not possible after the last day of use of the concessionary ticket.
- Regarding the calculation of the difference in price for discounted ticket upgrades:
(a) With regard to concessionary tickets: (i) each 1-day concessionary ticket is valued at HK$759 (standard) or HK$569 (child/senior); (ii) each 2-day concessionary ticket is valued at HK$859 (standard) or HK$669 (child/senior); and
(b) Subject to the regular price of the 2-day pass or the "Magic Access" type selected when upgrading the ticket (subject to availability).
- Upgraded discounted tickets are subject to the general terms and conditions listed at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/.
