The '38th Golden Disc Awards' will be held at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) in Indonesia on January 6, 2024. The MCs will be hosted by Astro members Cha Eun-woo and Sung Si-kyung. The grand prizes are divided into music and album categories.
At the 37th Golden Disc Awards, the grand prize in the album category was won by BTS's ≪Proof≫, and the grand prize in the digital music category was won by IVE's ≪LOVE DIVE≫. NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM, and IVE won the Rookie Award, and Stray Kids and (G)I-DLE received the Most Popular Award.
ENHYPEN, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, SEVENTEEN, BLACKPINK, BTS, etc. won the album main award. In the music category, IVE, (G)I-DLE, NewJeans, Park Jae-beom, BigBang, Psy, and Lim Young-woong etc. won. This year, the best K-POP idol artist of all time is scheduled to appear at the ‘Golden Disk Awards’.
