A security deposit of 1,111 KRW (VAT included) per device is required, payable by credit card upon pick-up. The deposit amount will not actually be charged to your bank account; the authorization will be canceled upon return of the device.
4GB of high-speed data is provided daily. After the limit is reached, speed will be reduced to 5Mbps for unlimited use. The 4GB high-speed quota will reset at 12:00 AM (Korea Time) daily, restoring high-speed access.
Please return the device to the LG U+ counter at the departure or arrival floor before leaving Korea.
Additional fees apply for late returns. Please contact the LG U+ Customer Center in advance to extend your rental period via the chat service on the website (roaming.lguplus.com) or by calling +82-10-3998-1004. For late return fees, please refer to the roaming.lguplus.com website.
If the device is lost or damaged, please contact the LG U+ Customer Center immediately for a repair/replacement cost quote.
If the lost device is returned within 14 days, the aforementioned compensation fee will be refunded.
If the device is not picked up on the scheduled date, the booking will be automatically canceled the next day, and you will need to rebook.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
