The 2-day music extravaganza will feature a sensational line-up of performances by both internationally acclaimed and emerging artistes including Hebe Tien, Lala Hsu, , A-Lin, popular singer-songwriter, Karencici, multi-hyphenate, NICKTHEREAL, Taiwanese rock band, Power Station, Taiwanese band, 831, consummate singers Crowd Lu, Hins Cheung and Kelly Yu with opening acts by Simply Live Band and Eve Ai.

- Are there any fan benefits for ticket holders?
Premium Admission Ticket Holders (1-Day or 2-Day) will be able to rock in the premium pen, closer to the stage, music and performing artistes.
- Can I choose my preferred seats?
No, this is a free-standing festival without any reserved seating.
- Do I need my e-ticket for entry?
Entry to the festival venue will be facilitated by our festival wristbands. Fans are required to verify their e-ticket to exchange for their festival wristband(s). Only fans with festival wristbands can enter the venue. More information on festival wristband and the collection will be announced closer to the festival date.
- Can I authorise another person to collect the wristbands on my behalf?
We strongly encourage fans to collect their wristband(s) in person. If you are not available to collect your wristband in advance, we have wristband collection counter on festival days to verify your e-ticket in exchange for the wristband. Please be responsible for your own wristband as any lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
- Can I still enter the venue if I am late?
Our doors open at 4:00 PM (GMT +8) and fans are free to enter the venue anytime with a valid wristband. However, we encourage everyone to be on time so that you can enjoy the full festival experience.
- Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. F&B booths will be available within the festival venue.

No entry for infants in arm and children below 3 years old ; Children 3 years old and above must have a valid ticket for entry
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
No photography and videography are allowed for this event
For admission into the show/venue, patrons must hold on to a valid ticket
No outside food and drinks allowed in the event

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
