- Important: Allowing the operator to inflate the float is strongly advised to avoid deflating goods.
- Please keep in mind that you must be present at your hotel during the delivery and return times you have specified.
- If you want two or more floats, please place a separate purchase.
- Deliveries in Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Ubud incur a delivery fee of IDR 30,000 each trip (Please pay the delivery fee directly in cash to the ground staff)
- If you are not there for delivery or pick-up, you will be charged an extra IDR 40,000 for redelivery.
- If the float is damaged in any way (holes, rips, or stains), an IDR450,000 fee will be applied, payable onsite.
- Procedure for Making Reservations -
- Please specify delivery and pick-up times when checking out (operating hours: 09:00-18:00)
- Please provide your hotel's approximate check-in and check-out times within operational hours. The local personnel will contact you via text messaging applications.
- Your float will be delivered to you and pre-inflated.
- The float will be retrieved from your accommodations at the conclusion of the rental period at the agreed-upon hour.
