Purchase Notice
All guests are to gather 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure, on date of visit, at the 7-Eleven (#02-12), located at Sentosa Cove. This product is not recommended for child below the age of 3. An indemnity form which needs to be signed by the parent/guardian if guest insist on boarding for the child aged below 3.

- We will not wait for any latecomers as this will result in a delay to the rest of the trips.
- Guests need to present their booking information before boarding.
- In the event where the minimum passenger requirement is not met, we will reschedule the trip and all affected guests will be notified by our office personnel at least 3 hours before the sail-off time.
- Affected guests will be notified by our office personnel at least 3 hours before the selected sail-off time.
- Guests are advised to have their own motion sickness medications 20mins before the scheduled departure time if required.
- No form of medications will be provided onboard.
- Footwear is strictly NOT allowed on board the yacht. Guests are required to remove and place their footwear in the container provided prior to boarding.
- Smoking is strictly NOT allowed on board the yacht.
- NO pets are allowed on board.
- You are advised to bring a small towel in case of wet weather and/or splashing waves that may occur during the sail.
- All bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchases are made.
- Changes to any sailing date are allowed only once and must be made seven(7) days prior to the actual sail date.
- NO refunds or credits will be issued when it is a case of “No Show” by the guest/s.
- You are required to be present even if there is bad weather unless the management has called you in advance to inform you of any changes. In the event the Captain decides to postpone the cruise, our office personnel will be in contact with you to reschedule this particular trip.
- Child under the age of 12 years is required to purchase a Child Ticket. However, free admission applies for infant below 1 year old.

Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 hours before the departure Time

In the case of bad weather conditions, you will still need to be present at Sentosa Cove.
