A: Yes, but pets are required to stay inside pet carrier during the journey in the car. Please put a remark for further arrangement. - Can a wheelchair user book the service?
A: Yes, wheelchair consider as a 27 inch luggage capacity, we recommend 7 seater MPV and above for better experience. - Can I transfer the booking to someone else, or reschedule?
A: Please refer to product's cancellation policy, your booking can be transfer or reschedule if the cancellation policy is 0%.

KLIA/KLIA2 pick-up packages: Kindly indicate your designated pick-up time in the Remark column when making the booking. Otherwise, the driver will automatically wait for 90 minutes from your flight's scheduled arrival time
We highly recommend that you provide reachable phone number OR at least one kind of app for driver to contact with you: WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Line
For the drop-off area outside of the selected package's service range can cause the booking to be canceled
The passengers and luggage should not exceed limit of each car's capacity. Otherwise, it will result in the cancelation of service
Our driver will contact you in advance to confirm a specific meeting point, and also share the car details with you
Amendment must be given to Driver or Tourplus Support 4 hours before original pick-up time. If amended less than 4 hours from pick-up time, no refund will be given. This also applies to flight delays. This is subject to the availability of the driver to accept the delay
Waiting time is complimentary for 90 minutes at the airport. However, for pick-up other than airport, the free waiting time is 30 minutes subject to flight departure time

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
