- Attractions are subject to closure due to the pandemic. In this case, the guide will rearrange the itinerary with alternative attractions
- Please provide a reachable contact number when booking so you can be contacted in the event of emergencies
- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident, etc.), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The vehicle type is subject to the number of travelers (7/14/55–61-seater vehicle options)
- In compliance with local laws, children under the age of 8 are required to use a car seat. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child under 8 years old will be charged as an adult. If a non-aforementioned bus type is arranged, free admission will be available for children below 2 years old. However, they must not occupy a seat (e.g. a group of 2 adults and 2 children below 2 years old)
- For Business/High Roof/Flat Roof Bus, please book the "4 Travelers/1 Room" Package
- For other bus types, travelers may book the "2 Travelers/1 Room" package. Each room can accommodate up to 4 travelers
- The vehicle type will be confirmed 2 days before the tour. If you are traveling with children below 2 years old, please contact KKday 2 days before departure to confirm the applicable package options

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided

In compliance with local laws, children below 8 years old are required to use a car seat. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child below 8 years old will be required to use a car seat. If you are traveling with children below 8 years old, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (US$10/per day). Failure to do so may result in admission decline
Each traveler may carry 1 piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg, along with 1 piece of carry-on baggage
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions
The tour guide will purchase optional activities for you. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point
All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)

The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays which cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for their lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that zero portion of the tour fee will be refunded, the tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
In the event of weather, strikes, war, or other force majeure that result in the cancellation of the tour, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. Refunds for attraction tickets will be granted, but the sign-up fee is non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
