Cancellations of bookings with travel dates on public holidays cannot be cancelled or date changed.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 11 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
