A jewel-like tiny island in the Sulu Sea, a 1.5 hour boat rides north of Sandakan; Lankayan has been declared part of an immense Marine Protected Area to adopt the eco-tourism concept. Unpopulated and covered by thick tropical island vegetation on its topside, this peaceful, untouched little bit of paradise is ringed by an endless pure white sandy beach, offering simply elegant and exquisite accommodation in all 23 wooden, roomy and perfectly appointed seafront chalets.
While the ideal destination for those who search for tranquility and relaxation in a virgin natural setting and for families with children, Lankayan Island is also becoming one of the hottest diving destinations on the map today: its dive sites - all just a few minutes away - boasting unbelievably colorful macro, fauna, fascinating wrecks and in season from March to May, regular sightings of gigantic and harmless whale sharks, the "dream date " of every diver in the world.
Situated within the Sea Turtle Corridor, Lankayan Island is also a nesting place and foraging ground for sea turtles; most commonly Green and Hawksbill Turtle. Therefore, guests will have a chance to see turtles nesting as well as new hatchlings of baby turtles released to the sea especially in season from June to September.

- The number of dives depends on the flight departure time of the next day (Please remember the requirement of the pre-flight surface interval the next day)
- The price quoted is inclusive of snorkeling or diving, and related equipment fees
- 2 armed guards are present during the boat journey to and from the island
- 3G mobile connection is available in the restaurant area but is reliant on the weather condition
- For 3D2N Package will need a minimum of 4 adults, a fuel surcharge of MYR 848 per booking will be imposed if the booking does not meet the requirement.

Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed into the resort
All guests are required to provide a vaccine certificate (print screen) before arrival
Each chalet is charged on a 2-adult price rate basis. Single/Solo travelers are subjected to a Single Supplement Charge (an additional 30% from the above rate) for their chalet
Pregnant women, infant (24 months and below) and elderly (80 years old and above) are not allowed by boat to Lankayan Island.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
