What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Pick-up at the meeting point and depart for Nam Cat Tien. On the way, listen to stories about the well-known attractions, and also the economic values of the land passing by.
- Have breakfast, then continue the journey through La Nga raft fishing village, Ba Chong rock, teak tree forest, which are very famous scenery of Dong Nai Province.
- Arrive at Nam Cat Tien, get on small boat to cross Dong Nai river. Have lunch, then check in and take a short rest.
- Receive your rented bicycle and begin to experience "forest bathing" with the route Thac Troi - Bang Lang Da Co forest. Escape from daily life in bustle and noisy cities while crossing the forest on the way to visit Thac Troi, admire the beauty of nature, of trees, flowers, mushroom. Especially, Nam Cat Tien forest is much more wonderful when giant crape-myrtle flowers begin to bloom in April-May.
- You can stop at Forest Eco Logde, take a fresh sip of cocktails while enjoying the peaceful scenery of Cat Tien forest (at your own expense).
- Have dinner at the restaurant.
- 19:00Time to explore the nightlife of the animals. Tour guide will take you through the quiet forests, to the vast grasslands, where many animals find food (at your own expense). This is a great chance to find out nightlife of animals like boars, ferrets or hedgehogs, etc.
2 Day
- Have breakfast. Then, start the journey to explore the forest with hundreds years old trees, on the route of the ancient Tung tree - Uncle Dong's tree - Loc Giao banyan tree - hundred-stemmed banyan tree, and listen to mysteries of "Ma cây" (Ghosts of trees).
- You can relax in the cool water, enjoy the poetic beauty of Nam Cat Tien's mountain and forest.
- Check out, have lunch at local restaurant.
- Get on bus and return to Ho Chi Minh City. Trip ends.
