The factory makes over 10,000 fortune cookies a day and you will have the luxury to understand the cookie production.

- The booking of Alcatraz boat tickets is based on the first come first served policy. If travelers did not provide the necessary data, their admission to the island will be declined without refunds
- In the event of attraction closure, the tour guide will make other attraction arrangements to complete the tour, please consider before booking

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
