  • Please bring comfortable clothes for better camping experience. You can prepare swimsuit and extra clothes to change after swimming.

  • There is no luggage storage facility at the venue. Therefore, please take care of your self belongings and you should not bring valuable items.

    Tent erecting and decorating activities in the campground area. Instruction from the tour guide to set up the tent.

    After setting up tents together, take a shower and enjoy the sunset together at the campsite. Decorate the camp with lights. Next, prepare a BBQ dinner together. Parents guide and help children prepare food.

    Attend "Sky Tracking Route", which is designed to bring parents and children together in a nature-friendly experience. Then, swim in the big swimming pool of Madagui. Zipline is another activity that you can join in in Madagui. This is not only an interesting and adventurous activity, but also a chance to enjoy the entire breathtaking scenery of the forest.

  • For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
