Bicycle Rental Service T&C:
- The rental service is for guests aged 12 or above only. The number of bicycles being entitled depends on the number of allowed guests of the booked stay package(e.g. stay packages for two persons may borrow two bicycles; stay packages for three persons may borrow three bicycles, and so on)
- The rental time and the number of bicycles needed must be confirmed at the time of room reservation. Rental period starts from check-in day until check-out day and is available in 2 sessions: (1) 10:00 am–1:00 pm and (2) 2 pm–5 pm
- A HK$800 deposit is required for the rental service. The deposit is charged per bike and can be paid credit card or cash. For any damage or loss or theft of the bike or bicycle helmet, no deposit will be refunded
- Please check the bike and bicycle helmet before leaving the rental counter
- Bikes come in two sizes (26" / 27"), for adult cyclist with height 130cm or above; the bicycle helmet is suitable for cyclist with head circumference between 54-61cm. Please make sure both the bike and the bicycle helmet fit you before rental; no refunds will be issued after payment
- According to the Law of Hong Kong, cyclists must wear bicycle helmets at all times and obey the road safety rules
- Cyclists are required to consider safety always and bear their own risks during riding. Ma Wan Park Limited shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or death to anyone or/and loss or damage to any property arising out of or caused by the rental and use of bicycle
- In case of any dispute, Ma Wan Park Limited reserves the right to final decision.
In-Room Board Game and binoculars Rental T&C:
- Renting hour is available from check-in time until 1 hour before checkout. All items are subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice
- Each room can rent a board game or a pair of binoculars for three-hour sessions. If necessary, guests may check with Front Desk to extend the session
- A HK$200 deposit is required for the rental of each board game or pair of binoculars and will be fully refunded if there is no loss or damage to the item or its accessories when returned
- All borrowed board games should be used within the guest room only
