- After you receive your Tayo Station Ticket, kindly make a reservation for your visit date on Tayo Station website before your visit. Your entry would be denied if you do not do a reservation prior to arrival.
- You would need to present your E-Ticket and Tayo Statioin Reservation Ticket for entry.
- Please arrive on time as time extensions will not be granted. Not showing up within 20 minutes after the scheduled starting time of your session will mean forfeiture of your reservation.
- Child Ticket is for children aged between 9 months to 12 years old.
- All attendees above 12 years old need to be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to visit. Provisions are applicable for children below 12 years old.
- Please keep the maximum number of accompanying adults to child at 2:1
- There will be no refunds or extension for the partial use of sessions.
[Tayo Station House Rules]
- All children must be in good health before entering the park; management reserves the right to refuse or remove anyone who appears to be unwell.
- No exchanging of adults is allowed at any point of time. Any additional adult will be charged at $8.00.
- Re-entry is allowed for all guests.
- Grip socks must be worn by all children on the premises at all times. Adults are required to wear fully-covered socks.
- Tayo Station reserves the right to impose a $10 clean-up and sanitization charge for incidents such as vomiting, urine leaks, and drinks spillage.
- Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed in the premises.
- Tayo Station reserves the right to use images/videos captured onsite in a way that is adequate, relevant and not excessive, for professional and marketing purposes.
- Damages caused through unruly behavior or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guests.
- All staff members have the right to be treated with respect; any hurtful comments or gestures will not be tolerated.
- For your safety, all rides within the facility are for individual purposes only. Parents or guardians are not allowed to ride or use the equipment with their children.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times and guests use the facilities at their own risk. Tayo Station accepts no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property.
- Tayo Station reserves the right to change the operation hours, shorten, and/or halt playtime, or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice.

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
