- Free admission for children aged under 2 if they do not participate in dolphin watching, proof of age is required (e.g. passport). Please notify us of the number and age of eligible children in the "Note" section when booking, failure to do so may result in admission decline, please consider before booking
- Children aged under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged under 5 are not allowed to experience banana boat, jet ski, parasailing, and snorkeling, please consider before booking
- Children aged 6 - 13 must be accompanied by on-site staff to experience jet ski
- Children aged 6 - 13 with height over 100 cm may experience parasailing with an adult provided that the weather conditions are ideal
- Children aged under 14 are not allowed to experience banana boat, but children aged 5 - 14 may experience child banana boat, applicable fees apply
- Expectant mothers are not allowed to participate in activities that involve boat transports
- Please note that water activities may be intense. Travelers are recommended to evaluate their health conditions and consult their doctor before booking
- Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for banana boat, jet ski, parasailing, and snorkeling: heart diseases, pregnancy, neck/back/shoulder/arm injuries

Towels, hairdryer, and toiletries (e.g. shampoo, soap) are not available on-site, please prepare your own toiletries if needed
Travelers are recommended to bring personal medication (for motion sickness or other purposes), insect repellent, and sun protection (e.g. sun protection clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat)
Free locker rental is available on-site, please do not carry valuables with you as the supplier is not responsible for your items' safety
Please do not join this tour after drinking alcoholic beverages, failure to comply may result in participation decline without refunds

How to Use
- Once an order is confirmed, the e-voucher will be sent to your email, please make sure to read all the matters on the e-voucher

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
