1. Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, asthma, or any other medical condition that your doctor advises against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, have consumed alcohol, or are taking medication that affects your behavior, please choose to participate with caution based on your physical condition.
2. Minors should be accompanied by an adult when skiing, and it is not recommended for the elderly to participate in skiing.
3. It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that includes skiing in advance. Please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules, and equipment usage instructions, including the "Entry Instructions," "Security Check Instructions," "Skier Instructions," "Skier Code of Conduct," and "Skier Behavior and Safety Guidelines." Please pay attention to all warning and informational signs and comply with relevant regulations.
4. The resort features slopes of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced runs. Beginners are at higher risk of injury when skiing on intermediate or advanced runs. Additionally, the resort includes jumps, ski jumps, equipment areas, and terrain parks. Access to these areas requires a higher level of skiing skill. Please choose to use these areas carefully based on your own skill level and always stay within your comfort zone, prioritizing safety while skiing.
5. Please wear a ski helmet at all times. It is recommended that you bring and wear your own safety protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, face shield, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip protectors to minimize the risk of injury.
6. Please select ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, please check that the rented equipment is in good condition, that the pressure values ​​of the ski release plates match your height, weight, and shoe size, that the release torque values ​​of the ski bindings are appropriate, and that the angle and spacing of the snowboard bindings are suitable. If any equipment is not suitable, please inform the staff immediately so that adjustments or replacements can be made.
7. Beginners are advised to hire a ski instructor before going on the slopes. Ski lessons are available on-site; please purchase them as needed.
8. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following actions:

• Playing beyond the scope of product rights (including areas, projects, etc.), conducting ski lessons without reporting or obtaining permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, online live streaming, personal sales, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or other improper use;
• By granting permission to others to use one's product rights through transfer, resale, or lending;
• There is any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behavior;
• There were acts that seriously disrupted the normal operation of the ski resort and seriously endangered the personal and property safety of others;
• Other inappropriate behavior.

In the event of the above circumstances, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without incurring any liability for breach of contract, such as compensation:

• You will be blacklisted as a tourist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle blacklist (you will be unable to enter Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle), the Hot Snow Miracle brand blacklist (you will be unable to enter Hot Snow Miracle ski resorts and other partner ski resorts in various locations), and the industry alliance blacklist.
• If your products and rights are revoked, voided, or frozen, no extension, postponement, or refund will be provided for any unused remaining period/fees.
• A penalty of 30% of the order amount will be charged. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further compensation will be pursued.

9. Smoking (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke) is prohibited in the ski resort. To create a pleasant environment for all visitors, please do not smoke in the ski resort. Otherwise, you will be blacklisted and banned from entering the park for 15 days.

10. If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur in the facilities and equipment within the ski resort during operation, requiring shutdown for inspection, some facilities and equipment may be suspended or shut down without prior notice. In the event of such a situation, no ticket extension or refund will be provided.

11. Due to factors such as capacity, severe weather, special events, safety or order, the ski resort's operating hours or the availability of attractions may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual information released by the ski resort on the day of your visit.

12. Please cooperate with security checks before entry. Do not bring flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials, controlled equipment, or items that pose a safety hazard. Personal sales are prohibited within the ski resort; please do not bring excessive amounts of items. Bringing in outside food, beverages, and drinking water (except for infant formula) may pose food safety risks; please consume these items before entry.

13. If you experience any discomfort or emergency during your visit, please seek help from on-site staff or call the emergency number 020-66838071.

14. The "snow resort" mentioned and applicable in this product refers to the Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle Indoor Ski Resort, operated by Guangzhou Rongxuan Cultural Tourism Management Co., Ltd.
