• Ski bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For public holidays, please book at least 3 days in advance. Booking results are subject to hotel confirmation. Please note the date and mobile number when booking.
• Please enter within the purchased session time. If you exceed the entry time, you will need to pay an on-site surcharge. Overtime fee policy: Caroo Ice and Snow World timing starts when the ticket is scanned at the gate and ends upon exit. Any time exceeding the ticket type will be considered overtime.
