Excellent tour guide and driver, friendly and helpful in answering our questions.

We took a day trip to Halong Bay on April 12th (the itinerary was fantastic, the scenery was beautiful, the cruise ship was quite large and comfortable, and the Chinese buffet was delicious!), and it was truly a very enjoyable and fulfilling trip! But we are most grateful to our guide, Trung, for his attentive leadership and meticulous care throughout the trip. Whether it was the itinerary or his concern for the group members, he explained everything very clearly (the group was large, with people from various countries, and everyone's English level varied), but Trung did his best to ensure everyone understood and felt at ease. (What was most touching was how he clearly wrote down the meeting times for each activity on A4 paper or on his phone, holding it up at the front so everyone could clearly see the meeting times – such a thoughtful touch!) The entire trip was reassuring, and Trung's enthusiastic and dedicated attitude made the whole journey even more enjoyable and left us with wonderful memories.
