When we gathered in the morning, Coach Kim gave out hand warmers first, which was really thoughtful; I felt cared for from the start. Although Coach Kim is Korean, he speaks excellent Chinese and explains things very clearly. He reminds us of many details, which makes us feel very at ease. I'm actually not very athletic, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to learn, but with his guidance and encouragement, I gradually got the hang of it and finally successfully skied down the beginner slope. That moment was truly fulfilling. The photos and videos were also more professional than I expected, leaving many memorable moments. The pick-up and drop-off from Seoul was convenient, the car was clean and comfortable, and the itinerary was well-organized, so even first-time skiers can participate with confidence.

It was my first time joining a ski group, and the instructors were all great. They explained everything in detail, answering all my questions and clarifying my skiing techniques. I even paid extra for an extra lesson the following day. Won Oppa was fantastic; after our lessons, he pointed out my mistakes and corrected my posture on techniques like push-ups, leaf drifts, and heel edges, making me love skiing even more!

The driver was diligent and responsible, arrived on time, communicated well, and shared his experience and history along the way. The safe driving made passengers feel at ease. Highly recommended!
