When we go to the UK, we usually stay in major cities like London. We only visit surrounding areas if we're driving, but that naturally costs more. This time, the five of us rode in a Punch bus to different suburban attractions, which was quite interesting. The guide (and driver) explained the various landmarks and historical sites to us in Chinese; he was very professional, explaining historical information clearly and engagingly, almost like a computer presentation. Most importantly, the trip lasted from 8:00 AM to around 7:00 PM, and I spent very little money – truly excellent value for money.
Although Mark is relatively inexperienced, he is very enthusiastic, especially his explanation of the section on Henry II of England, which he did exceptionally well. His future looks promising.
