I was initially hesitant to buy this tour because it was slightly more expensive than others and didn't include a Chinese-speaking guide. However, it turned out to be absolutely worth it! There were about 45 people traveling together, so we took a large bus. The bus was relatively new and very clean. It had Wi-Fi, power outlets for charging devices at each seat, and cup holders (many buses in the US don't have cup holders). There was also overhead space for luggage. The seats were quite comfortable, and with breaks every two hours or so, it wasn't as uncomfortable as I had imagined. Although the guide didn't speak Chinese, he spoke slowly, the microphone was clear, and he repeatedly reminded everyone of the meeting times and locations. The driver was very friendly, greeting everyone when getting on and off the bus and reminding us to watch our step. It rained for both days we were there, and one or two activities had to be cancelled, which was a bit of a shame, but crossing the border into Canada to see the other side of the falls was still very worthwhile! The only slight drawback of the tour was that meal times were a bit cramped, only about 40-50 minutes each time. The last outlet we visited wasn't Woodbury, but Pocono Premium, which is part of the same group. It's much smaller than Woodbury, but that might be better because we didn't have much time, only about an hour and a half.
