Chose Grand Day Tour from Hilary Boat Habour as it indicate include transfer included from Downtown Perth but ended up informing its full and we have to make our way to the Habour.
the transfer on public to the Habour will take up to 1hour with train + bus and Uber within 20mins, we spent an additional AUD71 for a round trip which i am quite disappointed as I could have choose another tour instead. The expectation was not well managed. advice to allow more time for travelling on weekday morning as traffic is slower.
next from the package info, breakfast is included but we got no information about that upon receiving the tickets at the counter (which can be busy and waiting time required).
the start of the trip, we did not get what we expected, it was better upon arriving Rottnest Island that the good weather and tour guide helps to improve the experience.
we rode the bike and snorkeled around the island--Pinky and the Basin. It was a very fun experience. The weather was great and equipment was good. Service was very efficient and on time. Highly recommend this experience.
This three-day tour of Northern Western Australia was incredibly fulfilling. First of all, the hotel pick-up and drop-off was very convenient. Although the drive was quite long, our guide, Raymond, was very thoughtful, frequently providing restrooms or food stops. He also had umbrellas, water, and mosquito nets readily available for everyone. Before the end of each day's itinerary, he explained the locations of breakfast, dinner, and supermarkets. He also helped with photography, especially taking aerial photos of the Pink Lake and the astronomical views from the Pinnacles. It made for a very enjoyable three-day, two-night trip.
