Popular Water Activities in Bintan

Definitely worth going to this tourist base on stilts (Nemo Island) located off Bintan's east coast. The staff there are super helpful, providing you with assistance in snorkeling (including some snapshots), with fishing (incl bait), kayaking and lounging around. Best to bring your lunch (emergency cup noodles were provided free) and to make a picnic out of it. Coffee, tea, water were free. The white sand island (short kayak ride away) was littered with plastic unfortunately and the fish to catch were small, but these are not issues that the management could fix. An occasional beach clean up (even with the guests) would improve the situation a lot. Our driver was great and we did not feel rushed at any point! Great trip.

We've booked via kkday and everything was smooth as expected. One hour drive and then taking 10 minutes small boat to reach the place where we fed little fishes and took underwater photos with Nemo and its friends. Needless to say, the package included sea food lunch and it's really fresh and delicious. Overall experience was very satisfactory and recommended to others who are willing to experience like us.
