這次參加的是12/17的13人Benz團 一路行程是先到先到大洋路紀念牌拍照 小鎮吃飯 找野生無尾熊 大洋路風景拍照 導遊除了一開始講完整天的路線後 一路上不會介紹任何關於今天的景點的歷史或是由來 非常無趣 這些就算了 找無尾熊的路上 一開始就幸運的看到一隻 但超級遠的無尾熊 後面車程不到五分鐘又出現了一隻超級近的無尾熊 其他遊覽車都有停下來拍照 我們的因為已經看到一隻很遠的 所以直接略過 看起來很像在趕時間 我認為多停這五分鐘的不會有影響 讓我覺得非常可惜

行程很放鬆，超級喜歡在湖山體驗玩雪的樂趣，導遊很專業，喜歡少人的團體活動可以參加此方案，建議可以帶一壺熱水上去湖山，記得帶泡麵，上面的販賣部不便宜，整體來說，是個很棒的體驗。

導遊超幽默！人非常好，路上也會播音樂，整個很輕鬆的感覺，有發現野生動物時也會立刻跟我們說，我們運氣很好，看到了很多種動物，雖然離市區有些遠，但是非常值得去！

推薦大家選擇 Plus 座位，可以在戶外近距離跟著小企鵝一起走，看著牠們可愛地回家，體驗非常獨特！ 巴士乾淨且舒適，整趟旅程規劃得很棒，讓人感到放鬆又愉快。唯一需要注意的是，行程結束後回到市區的時間會比較晚，但非常值得！

性价比超级高，风景非常的美，商家很耐心，司机开车很稳，让旅程很放心..................................

Reached out to KKDay to ask about the pickup location and time, and got the reply that they would confirm within 24 hours before the date of tour, but they didn't. About 12 hours before the supposed time 8:30-9:00am roughly when we would get picked up, I emailed both KKDay and the the tour provider company Coastal Tours Pty Ltd (I found their company name in the booking - the very last line), and told them I would be staying at my hotel and don't mind waiting at lobby for the shuttle bus for a longer time. We waited at the lobby in the morning from 8:00-9:30 but there was no tour bus to pick us up. And neither KKDay or tour provider replied my email. We had to re-plan our day schedule at Melbourne. I initiated the refund request via both APP and phone. KKDay asks me to keep waiting, until the get replies from their relevant department...... 6 days now till this review...
