- An e-voucher will be sent to your email within 2 business days after your boat ticket is issued. Please present a printed copy of this voucher along with the passport of every traveler in your group at the time of boarding

— Baggage Policy —
- All trolley bags and collapsible bags for tourist class and open-air passengers must be checked in. This measure is aimed at ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers by clearing the aisles of any obstructions.
- Strictly implemented a one hand carry policy per passenger either backpack or trolley bag. The total dimensions of the trolley bag should not exceed 130cm; otherwise, it will be checked in along with other bags or belongings.
- Tourist and open-air passengers have a complimentary baggage of 10 kg.
- Business class passengers have a complimentary baggage of 20 kg.
(Additionally, the policy allowing one trolley bag to be hand-carried by Business Class passengers, with a total dimension of 130cm) - Extra charges will apply for baggage allowance. Tariff rate may vary depending on the port of destination
- No porterage fee upon check-in of baggage (applicable only in Cebu Port)

OceanJet ticket is non-transferable. Presented valid ID’s should match the passenger’s name as encoded on the ticket.
No refund or replacement shall be made on lost tickets.
Tickets bought on promotion or discounts are not subject to refund and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the promotion or discount.

At least 30 minutes before departure time is required for passengers to check-in.
The carrier is not liable to the Passenger for any loss or damage suffered by the Passenger through his or her failure to comply with the laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel rules of the carrier and/or competent public authority.
It is required for passengers to present their valid ID’s upon check-in. No ID to present, no check-in.
To check-in, pre-printed tickets or tickets bought at the OceanJet port must be presented together with the check-in slips.

Bringing of pets is allowed if the pets are securely put inside a cage. Upon check-in, a permit from the Bureau of Quarantine must be presented for passengers with pets.
Pregnant women who are less than or equal to 28 weeks or 7 months into their pregnancy must sign a waiver of liability in favor of the carrier. Pregnant women who are 4 to 7 months into their pregnancy must present a medical certificate attesting to their fitness to undertake sea travel, otherwise, the carrier reserves the right to deny them boarding the vessel. Those who have exceeded the allowable pregnancy period may be denied boarding by the carrier.
