- A Wi-Fi or wireless network connection is required to install the eSIM. It is recommended to complete the installation before departure or use free Wi-Fi at the airport upon arrival.
- Base station distribution varies by carrier in each country and may be affected by signal coverage, terrain, or peak-hour traffic. If the connection is unstable, try moving to a different location or toggling Airplane Mode to re-acquire the signal. If the issue persists, please contact our online customer support for assistance.

The departure date selected at the time of booking is for reference only; you do not need to activate it on that day. The eSIM can be installed in advance and must be activated by connecting to the network at the destination within the validity period.
A network connection is required during installation. If an error occurs while scanning the QR code, please check if the eSIM has already been successfully installed. If it has, there is no need to scan it again.
To add an eSIM manually, please go to 'Pre-departure Reminder' to copy the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code. No confirmation code is required.
If it shows 'Activating' or 'Activation Unsuccessful' during pre-installation, do not delete the eSIM. Re-enable it upon arrival.

This package requires manual APN settings. If you cannot connect to the Internet or use the hotspot, please enter 'a.apn02.net' in the APN field.

Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Select eSIM → Access Point Names (APN) → Add → Enter 'a.apn02.net' → Save.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
