- Important Notes
- iPhones purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM functionality. For iPhones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models are not supported. Please confirm where your phone was purchased before booking.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the United States do not support eSIM functionality.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM functionality.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM functionality.
- Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, it is not stable, and we do not recommend purchasing it.

Purchase Notice
- Please ensure your phone model and version are compatible. No refunds will be issued if the product cannot be used due to failure to verify compatibility.
- Samsung phone compatibility varies by region. Please check the list of countries supporting eSIM before purchasing.List.
- iOS 12.1 or later is required. iPhones purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM functionality. Some phones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM functionality.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once by one device. Do not change or delete the eSIM after binding.
To stop using the eSIM, go to your phone's eSIM settings and tap [Remove Mobile Plan] at the bottom.
Network usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is used in a short period, the telecom operator reserves the right to restrict usage, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. It is recommended to disable automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair mobile network service for all users at all times, every telecom operator has a Fair Usage Policy to monitor network traffic. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, affecting other users, the telecom company may impose temporary speed restrictions. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile network may be temporarily affected. To ensure smooth usage, please avoid long periods of video streaming or software updates that consume large amounts of data.
Please be aware that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
Please remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from using your original mobile network.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
